A 30-minute video call with a nationally certified (NBHWC) wellness coach. It is a real assessment, not an intake form: you get real feedback and a personalized wellness plan that is yours to keep, whether or not you become a member. This consultation is not clinical care.

The Wellness Consultation is free at least through 2026-12-31; we will reassess in December 2026, and it may continue. Attend and you pay nothing. MUUD account holders with a card on file are charged a $50 no-show fee for a missed consultation; there is nothing to charge if you have no card on file.

Your coach owns what happens next. If you choose to establish membership, your coach walks you through registration, connects you to the therapist or psychiatrist who fits your service plan, and books your Intro Evaluation with that specialist. You are not left to find your own way to a clinician.

Schedule online and we'll call or text to confirm your session — an online booking is tentative until you confirm by phone or text.

Already know you want a clinical visit?

You can book psychiatry, Sports & Performance Psychiatry or therapy directly, without a consultation first. A clinical visit is chargeable — this route is not the free consultation above. You can still browse real appointment times before we ask for anything: we only take a card once you have picked a slot, and you are not charged until care begins.

1. Brief intake — name, contact, and a sentence about what brings you in.
2. Pick a time — browse real openings and choose a visit that fits your week.
3. Card on file — only once you've chosen a time, to hold that slot. No charge today.
4. Confirm — you're booked.

No‑show policy: full session fee for missed appointments; 50% fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before the visit. Cancel any time before that, no charge. We'll show this again before we ask for a card.
